With innovation being an incredible buzz word, it is difficult to distinguish fact from fiction, results-focused processes versus hope. We offer two proven approaches to innovation as certified facilitators.

DIcor, the corporate arm of Destination ImagiNation, Inc., created a unique approach to discovering your individual creative problem solving style in workshop format. It is fast-paced, FUN, and highly interactive. The end result is meaningful insights into organizational effectiveness, team formation and personal creative problem solving style.

The DIcor workshop incorporates:

• the VIEW® Assessment via a short set of on-line questions that take about 10 minutes to answer
• practical Creative Problem Solving Tools for both creative (generating) and critical (focusing) thinking
• Instant Challenges of 5 to 10 minutes that demonstrate key concepts

An extra benefit of this workshop is that a portion of the proceeds support the Destination ImagiNation Flagship program. This enables reaching more youth from age 4 through University level to develop teamwork, creativity, and problem solving skills that lead to innovation.
